Arthur C. Clarkes Third Law of Science:
“Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.”
The God Machine is a sentient, supernatural, extremely powerful and alien entity, similar to an occult supercomputer. Having long since passed the point where Clarke’s Third Law applies, knowing of physics undreamed of to mortal scientists and with the capacity to use them. The only limit on its power is its need for an “occult matrix”, an extremely precise supernatural manipulation of physical laws in order to work its miracles. The end goal of the God Machine is unknown.

Three trio of tunes includes God Machine, Divinity Engine, and Blocc. Each heavy, dark, and ready for neck-annihilation! EZEKIEL presents to us a portentous and ominous display of his skills.
Get ready for some bass, unreal drops, and insane build-ups! This EP is a knock-out for sure!
God Machine (3:56)
This nearly four minute long track is a the whole can of worms. The climactic and energetic structure is a real genuine piece of art. The heaviness is aggressive, gripping, and forceful just as you would like served up this hot. 10/10
Divinity Engine (3:25)
Remember to breathe as you listen to this impactful track from EZEKIEL. The breathlessness and pure gutlessness this song leaves you in, is a hard one to digest. What a knock-out! The intensity in the riddim is real. 10/10
As we come to a close on the EP we are delighted to find this track as the final hooray, the close-out and to be honest, and encore. The rap lyrics are assuredly fire and on-point with the track. This second drop though, so tantalizing! Almost impossible to stop listening to! 10/10
–EP FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS:
Q1. What lead you to name the EP God Machine? In addition, what about each track title?
A1: I always like to start off any given project by conceptualizing the themes and sounds that I want to hear in the track. The God Machine is actually an idea that was inspired by one of my favorite SCI-FI writers of all time, Arthur C. Clarke. He has this concept called Clarkes Third Law that states that any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic, this is the concept behind all of the ideas and sounds you hear in my EP.
The GOD MACHINE is an occult supercomputer capable of “programming” reality and performing “miracles”. It is powered by the DIVINITY ENGINE, a machine that utilizes technology far beyond our comprehension and is fueled by an as yet unknown substance which allows the GOD MACHINE to performs its “miracles”. BLOCC is a bit less thematic and exciting, it was actually written way before I set out to make the EP. In fact, originally it was intended to be a single on WICKED RECORDS, I sent them a demo for God Machine weeks later, and that’s when we starting talking about an EP.
Q2. In terms of creative processes, what was the driving force behind this installment in the EZEKIEL project?
A2: Well once we started talking about an EP release I immediately started to work on the story I wanted to tell, DIVINITY ENGINE was born not long after that and the EP almost wrote itself from there.
Q3. What did you learn about yourself, your skills, and your future aspirations because of this extended play, God Machine?
A3: This EP helped me finally define my sound in my head and now I feel I finally know what I want EZEKIEL to be about. I’ve found a style and sound that’s all my own and I’m ready to keep pushing forward.
Q4. What can expect next in the realms of EZEKIEL?
A4: I have 2 more tracks planned for release by the end of the year, both of them are a bit more in the realm of some of my earlier releases like ANGEL and my remix of Kawaii Club’s WAITING. I’ve got a few collabs and remixes in the works for early 2021, and I’ll be starting work on my next big project very soon!
